The only longevity clinic platform built for Southeast Asia

Your lab is Innoquest. Your CMS is Plato. Your software should know that.

Most longevity clinic platforms are built for US or European labs, compliance and biomarker reference ranges. When the biomarker names don't match Innoquest and the platform has never heard of PDPA, you're the one explaining wrong results to patients.

LongevityLens is built specifically for longevity clinics in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Local labs. Local compliance. Local support.

01 / The Problem

Your longevity clinic runs on PDFs, portals and guesswork.

Before LongevityLens
  • Lab and other health data scattered across PDFs and multiple portals
  • Hours spent manually analysing each patient's markers
  • No longitudinal tracking - every visit starts from scratch
  • Reports look no different from a regular GP clinic

After LongevityLens
  • Biomarker results extracted digitally and matched automatically
  • AI-assisted patient clinical diagnosis in minutes
  • Longitudinal biomarker trends across every visit
  • Your clinic's brand for the patient portal - not a generic PDF

Biomarker mapping screenshot
1:1 Innoquest biomarker matching

Every biomarker name, unit and reference range is mapped directly to Innoquest's output. No manual translation, no guesswork.

Your practitioners see the same markers their lab actually reported - not US or European equivalents that don't match their results.

Lab extraction screenshot
Digital, non-AI lab extraction in seconds

Upload a PDF lab report and LongevityLens extracts every biomarker in seconds. We DO NOT use AI here because we want precise - not deterministic - results.

No more retyping results from Innoquest PDFs into spreadsheets or using any free parsing tool you downloaded off the internet. Extracted data flows straight into your patient's longitudinal record.

Unified health data screenshot
Ingest any data.

Whatever data you want measured - lab results, gym equipment data, medical device data, wearable data, subjective data from questionnaires - our platform unifies all this data in a single longitudinal view.

Track biomarker trends across 12-24 months instead of starting from scratch at every consultation. Patterns emerge that isolated PDFs can never show.

CMS integration screenshot
Native Plato CMS integration

LongevityLens plugs directly into Plato, SGiMED and other popular clinic management software in Singapore used by over 5,000 providers.

No manual data transfer between systems. No manual creation of new patient accounts. Your existing workflow stays intact; you just get our longevity intelligence layer on top.

AI insights screenshot
AI-assisted clinical diagnosis

Purpose-built AI that understands longevity protocols - not a generic chatbot. Get clinical insights in minutes, not hours.

The system learns your clinic's protocols and reference preferences, flagging what matters before the patient walks in. You can also choose which AI model and knowledge base to plug into.

Patient portal screenshot
Branded patient portal

Give patients a secure, clinic-branded portal to track biomarker trends, personalised protocols, and progress over time. Use the same visual dashboard during consultations to clearly communicate their health story.

Move beyond static PDFs - deliver a high-touch, premium experience that strengthens trust and keeps patients engaged long-term.

04 / Why localisation matters

If the biomarker names are wrong, everything downstream is wrong too.

Lab matching

Innoquest is the standard in Singapore

Innoquest is the only private lab in Singapore with dual CAP and SAC-SINGLAS ISO 15189:2012 accreditation. They run 7 facilities and serve around 2,500 clinics through a partnership with BioMark. LongevityLens matches their biomarker names and reference ranges 1:1. Other platforms don't.

Plato is how your clinic already runs

Plato claims to be the most popular web-based clinic management software in Singapore, with over 4,000 healthcare providers across SG, AU and APAC. If you're already on Plato, LongevityLens plugs straight in, with no manual transfers between systems. SelfDecode found that even popular US lab platforms force practitioners to "manually transfer results into EHRs" when there's no direct integration. We built the integration before anything else.

EMR gap

Your EMR wasn't built for longevity medicine

Pabau's analysis is direct: "functional medicine relies on biomarker tracking that conventional EMRs don't support." Vibrant Practice adds that "many independent clinicians struggle with outdated, insurance-driven EHRs that weren't built for functional or longevity medicine." You don't need a bigger EMR. You need a longevity-specific intelligence layer on top of your existing CMS.

05 / Compliance

GDPR and HIPAA don't protect your patients in Singapore.

Most imported platforms list GDPR for Europe and HIPAA for the US. PDPA isn't mentioned. MOH Advisory Guidelines aren't mentioned. The Healthcare Services Act isn't mentioned. Three layers of Singapore-specific compliance, and they don't address any of them.

PDPA + MOH + HCSA

Triage Health Law and ResGuard both confirm: Singapore healthcare providers must comply with PDPA in addition to MOH Advisory Guidelines (revised September 2023), the Healthcare Services Act, and sector-specific telemedicine and EMR rules. Platforms built for GDPR or HIPAA don't cover this stack.

S$750K -the cost of getting it wrong

The SingHealth breach (2015-2018) exposed personal data of 1.5 million patients. Technology vendor IHIS was fined S$750,000 for security lapses. Advance IT's PDPA guide warns that a single ransomware breach without proper backups can "cripple a clinic - and violate PDPA." This isn't abstract risk. It's happened here.

Cyber Trust Mark ready

The CSA Cyber Trust Mark is voluntary today, but it's increasingly seen as a credibility signal for healthcare providers. Advance IT's guide notes it's moving from "nice to have" to expected. LongevityLens is built to meet these standards from the start.

HLMS standards are forming now

Prof. Andrea Maier at NUS, who also leads the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society, told MIT Technology Review: "This is a new field. We have to organize ourselves; we have to set standards." Those standards are forming now, in Singapore specifically. Being on an auditable, compliant platform matters more every month.
